Cause

EMS ber Shield om användarens policy när en flyttbar enhet sätts i. Shield rapporterar till EMS att den inte har någon användarinformation. EMS kräver användarens princip- och krypteringsnycklar för att efterfråga enhetskryptering. Eftersom användaren anses vara ohanvänd blockerar EMS all åtkomst till enheten baserat på principinställningar.

Resolution
