이 문제는 Windows 8 호환 모드에서 Dell Data Security Console 애플리케이션을 실행하여 일시적으로 해결할 수 있습니다.

호환성 모드를 활성화하려면 다음을 수행합니다.

  1. 아이콘을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 속성을 선택합니다.

  2. Compatibility 탭을 선택합니다.
