Cause

Tentativo di aggiungere un IP NTP nell'interfaccia utente di EEM vApp.

Questo errore si verifica in genere quando non è possibile eseguire il ping dell'IP NTP dal server vApp. È possibile che venga visualizzato lo stesso errore anche con l'aggiunta di nethost.

Resolution

Provare a eseguire il ping dell'IP NTP. Il ping ha esito negativo come previsto:

Si tratta di un problema di rete. Contattare il team di rete per assicurarsi che il firewall consenta la connessione tra EEM vApp e NTP. Una volta che è possibile eseguire il ping dell'IP NTP dall'estremità vApp, è possibile aggiungere correttamente l'IP NTP.
 
Nota: Quando è in uso Embedded/E-Management vApp, contattare il supporto tecnico Dell. Il supporto Dell può collegarsi all'array ed eseguire il test del ping.
