Cause

Tentando adicionar o IP do NTP na interface do usuário do EEM vApp.

Esse erro geralmente ocorre quando não é possível fazer ping do IP do NTP a partir do servidor vApp. Você também pode ver o mesmo erro com a adição de nethost.

Resolution

Tente executar ping no IP do NTP. O ping falhará conforme o esperado: 
MGMT-0:/opt/emc/vapp/jboss/domain/servers/server-0/log # ping 10.x.x.x
PING 10.x.x.x (10.x.x.x) 56(84) bytes of data.

Este é um problema de rede. Entre em contato com a equipe de rede para garantir que o firewall permita a conexão entre o EEM vApp e o NTP. Depois que o IP do NTP for executado por ping na extremidade do vApp, poderemos adicionar o IP do NTP com sucesso.
