Resolution

O local de registro do EMS foi movido no Dell Data Protection | Encryption 8.3.0 de C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs para C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption. No entanto, o instalador do Windows ainda pode ter o local anterior armazenado em cache. Se a pasta C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs for excluída manualmente, MSIexec O tenta reparar a pasta quando o usuário clica com o botão direito em um arquivo no Windows Explorer.

Para parar MSIExec de tentar reparar o Dell Data Protection | Instalação de criptografia, crie novamente a pasta C:\ProgramData\Credant\EMS\Logs.
