Le serveur Avamar a été mis à niveau de la version 19.4 vers la version 19.7.
Le PDM échoue avec le message suivant : 
Erreur lors de l’extraction des tâches. Failed with HTTP error code :404 additional information » État HTTP 404 – Introuvable.

Il s’agit d’un problème logiciel.

1) Connectez-vous au système d’exploitation Avamar Utility Node en tant qu’utilisateur root.

2) Modifiez l’autorisation de preferences.dtd 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Redémarrez le service tomcat 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
