O servidor Avamar recebeu upgrade da versão 19.4 para a 19.7.
O PDM falha com a seguinte mensagem: 
Erro ao buscar tarefas. Failed with HTTP error code:404 additional information" HTTP Status 404 – Not Found.

Esse é um problema de software.

1) Faça log-in no sistema operacional do Avamar Utility Node como usuário root.

2) Altere a permissão de preferences.dtd 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Reinicie o serviço tomcat 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
