Avamar 伺服器從 19.4 升級至 19.7。
PDM 故障並顯示以下訊息;
擷取工作時發生錯誤。失敗並顯示 HTTP 錯誤代碼：404 其他資訊「HTTP 狀態 404 – 找不到」。

這是軟體問題。

1） 以 root 使用者身分登入 Avamar 工具節點作業系統。

2） 變更偏好設定的許可權。dtd 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3） 重新開機 Tomcat 服務 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
