Avamar: Falha na GLR do Hyper-V com "Failed to Get Security attributes for VHD file"

A montagem glR (Granular Level Recovery, recuperação em nível granular) da máquina virtual (VM) do Hyper-V falha com mensagens semelhantes às seguintes:

Em ambientes de alguns usuários, isso também pode fazer com que os servidores GLR ou proxies do Windows reinicializem durante a tentativa de navegação.

Os plug-ins GLR do Avamar para Hyper-V, Exchange, SharePoint e SQL (TLR) têm um "driver ELDOS" incorporado de driver de terceiros.

Esse componente é necessário para montar o caminho de backup do Avamar de um banco de dados para realizar as operações glr ou TLR concluídas posteriormente com a ferramenta Itempoint.

Esse driver ELDOS está em uma versão anterior que não tem os aprimoramentos mais recentes para dar suporte a sistemas operacionais Windows mais recentes (Windows 2022 e posterior). Isso causa as falhas mencionadas acima.

Como consequência, a recuperação glr ou TLR não é compatível com o Windows 2022 e versões posteriores, também refletida na matriz de suporte do Avamar.

As equipes de engenharia e gerenciamento de produtos da Dell estão avaliando alternativas para obter as melhores opções viáveis.
