Symptoms

W programie PPDM podczas próby wykrycia zasobu Microsoft SQL Server wykrywanie może się nie powieść z następującymi błędami: 
ADA0002: Unable to discover ASSETS on host  because of an agent issue.
Unable to perform applications discovery because agent failed to create the discovery session.
Lub 
ASDS0018: Discovery of Assets failed on the host  for AddOn MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM.

W dzienniku DPSApps\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc* rejestrowany jest następujący błąd: 
ErrCode: -2147467259, Error: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.

Cause

Awaria jest spowodowana włączeniem funkcji "Wymuś szyfrowanie protokołem" w konfiguracji klienta macierzystego SQL w programie SQL Server Configuration Manager.

Resolution

Aby rozwiązać ten problem, wykonaj następujące czynności:

  1. Otwórz program SQL Server Configuration Manager
  2. Kliknij prawym przyciskiem myszy pozycję Sql Native Client 11.0 Configuration i wybierz właściwości.
  3. Ustaw wartość Force Protocol Encryption na No (Nie) i wybierz przycisk OK.
  4. Wykonaj te same czynności dla konfiguracji klienta macierzystego SQL 11.0 (32-bitowego)
  5. Uruchom ponownie serwer SQL
  6. Po uruchomieniu serwera SQL uruchom narzędzie Discovery w interfejsie użytkownika PPDM.

Czasami może być konieczne wyrejestrowanie lub odinstalowanie agenta i ponowna instalacja, aby wykrywanie zadziałało.
