Error seen when you are trying to Launch the Virtual Console:
Follow this Troubleshooting approach:
- Verify if you are launching the iDRAC GUI by IP or FQDN, try the otherwise and see if it helps.
- If its a chrome browser in question, try to launch the Virtual Console using Incognito mode. If multiple extensions are installed in the browser, disable all and then enable Incognito mode and try again.
- Verify the Browser version of Chrome/Firefox/Safari or Microsoft Edge. Update your browser to the latest and try again.
- If this is a Chrome browser, we recommend updating to
v116.0.5845.141or later which can get Virtual Console working on iDRAC 7.00.x.x.
- If this is a Chrome browser, we recommend updating to
- Verify if any proxy script is being pushed to the servers by customer and likely the proxy "cuts off" the video stream.
- In the end, It is recommended to roll back the iDRAC on any system that exhibits the Issue as its important to Isolate and narrow down.
