Cause

Kullanıcı /etc/hosts dosyası içinde FSAgent kısa adını kullanmalı ancak güvenlik nedeniyle PowerProtect Veri Yöneticisi, Tam Nitelikli Etki Alanı Adı (FQDN) gerektirir.

Resolution

  1. FQDN sorununu çözmek için FSAgent Client için DNS'yi kontrol edin
  2. Aracı'register.sh FQDN veya IP'yi sorarak "IP address" (IP adresi) kullanarak aracıyı çalıştırın.
  3. NSORDER = bind olacak şekilde /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh dosyası düzenlenebilir
Dosyayı NSORDER = bind olacak şekilde düzenleme
  1. /opt/dpsapps/agentservice/logs/Op*.log altında en son dosyayı açın ve fqdns anahtar sözcüğünü bulun.
