Cause

Користувач повинен використовувати коротке ім'я FSAgent у файлі /etc/hosts, однак PowerProtect Data Manager з міркувань безпеки вимагає Full Qualified Domain Name (FQDN).

Resolution

  1. Перевірте DNS для FSAgent Client, щоб вирішити FQDN
  2. Запустіть register.sh та встановіть агент , використовуючи «IP-адресу», де він запитує FQDN або IP.
  3. Відредаговано файл /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh щоб мати NSORDER = bind
