Cause

De gebruiker moet FSAgent short name gebruiken in het bestand /etc/hosts, maar PowerProtect Data Manager vereist om veiligheidsredenen fully qualified domain name (FQDN).

Resolution

  1. Controleer de DNS voor FSAgent Client om het probleem op te lossen naar FQDN
  2. Voer register.sh uit en installeer de Agent met behulp van het 'IP-adres' waar om FQDN of IP wordt gevraagd.
  3. Bewerkt /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh-bestand om NSORDER = binding te hebben
