Cause

Der Benutzer muss den FSAgent-Kurznamen in der Datei /etc/hosts verwenden, PowerProtect Data Manager erfordert jedoch aus Sicherheitsgründen den vollständig qualifizierten Domainnamen (FQDN).

Resolution

  1. Überprüfen Sie den DNS auf FSAgent Client, um den FQDN auflösen zu können.
  2. Führen Sie register.sh aus und installieren Sie den Agent unter Verwendung der "IP-Adresse", wo er nach FQDN oder IP fragt.
