Cause

El usuario debe usar el nombre corto de FSAgent en el archivo /etc/hosts; sin embargo, PowerProtect Data Manager por motivos de seguridad requiere un nombre de dominio calificado (FQDN).

Resolution

  1. Compruebe el DNS para que el cliente FSAgent se resuelva a FQDN
  2. Ejecute register.sh e instale el agente mediante la "dirección IP" en la que solicita FQDN o IP.
  3. Archivo /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh editado para que NSORDER = bind
Editar archivo para que NSORDER = bind
  1. Abra el archivo más reciente en /opt/dpsapps/agentservice/logs/Op*.log y busque los fqdns de palabra clave.
