NetWorker: Windows Server에서 NMC를 19.10+로 업그레이드하지 못함

• 설치를 위해 NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 패키지 설치를 선택한 경우 설치가 실패하고 롤백됩니다.

• NMC 패키지가 설치되었지만 NMC 서버 프로세스(gstd)를 시작하지 못했습니다. 에 기록된 오류입니다. \EMC NetWorker\GST\logs\gstd.raw가 Postgres 모듈을 로드할 수 없음을 나타냅니다.

Windows 서버에 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 패키지가 없습니다. 패키지가 다음 아래에 나열되지 않습니다.

제어판 ->프로그램 -> 프로그램 및 기능

1. Windows 호스트에 X64 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 재배포 가능 패키지를 설치합니다. 패키지는 다음에서 구할 수 있습니다.

설치가 완료되면 패키지가 제어판 - 프로그램 ->> 프로그램 및 기능 아래에 나열되어야 합니다.

2. NetWorker 및 NMC 패키지를 설치합니다.

3. NMC 시작 관리자에서 NMC 서버에 액세스할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
