Removing the battery connector

Steps

  1. Follow the procedure in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
  2. Remove the:
    1. battery
    2. base cover
    3. battery cable
    4. docking board
    5. GPS module
    6. USH board
    7. MEMS board
    8. hard drive
    9. card bracket
  3. To remove the battery connector:
    1. Remove the screws that secure the battery connector board to the computer [1].
    2. Lift and remove the battery connector board from the computer [2].
