Harsh Singh is a Senior Director of Product Management for CSG at Dell Technologies, where he leads strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery for large scale device manageability solutions supporting enterprise transformation. With more than two decades of experience across cloud, AI, SaaS, and enterprise infrastructure, Harsh has a proven track record of building and scaling high impact product and engineering teams.
Prior to joining Dell, Harsh held leadership roles at Meta, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Cisco, driving product innovation across cloud services, software-defined platforms, and next-generation networking. A frequent collaborator across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, Harsh is passionate about building platforms that accelerate digital transformation and deliver measurable business value. He brings a strategic, customer-obsessed mindset to all aspects of product leadership—from vision and strategy to execution and growth. His experience spans end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, technical program management, and delivering customer-centric solutions adopted across global markets.
Harsh holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, and a Master’s in Computer Science from Temple University. He is also certified in Product Management, Agile Leadership, and Generative AI, complementing his focus on scaling modern cloud and AI-driven platforms.
