Nicki Balsley is a passionate leader who drives strategy and research focused on end user experience. Currently, she is the Director of Advanced Planning Research, Product Management, and Go to Market Marketing at Dell Technologies, a global IT leader that offers innovative and customer-focused solutions for various segments of the market, while driving human progress with technology.
Previously, Nicki worked as an experienced Director across AI strategy for asynchronous messaging, fraud protection, and segmentation experiences. She spent approximately one decade in financial services as Vice President of Web Product Management and Portfolio Management Services. She is skilled in collateralized loan obligations, asset-backed securities, data analysis, client relationship and account management for JPMorgan Chase and S&P Global (formerly IHS Markit). Additionally, she has professional experience across sales and accounting.
She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, a Master of Arts in International Management, and a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas. She is a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist and has completed various certifications and programs from Yale School of Management and Wharton Online across AI, Strategic Management, and Accelerated Management Program.
