To have Dell perform an in-depth hardware evaluation select the hardware repair option and place your order. We’ll send you a pre-paid return box and shipping label within 1-2 business days.

Pack and ship your device
We make it simple: back up your data, remove passwords, and remove accessories. Pack the PC and the AC adapter in the provided return box and affix the pre-paid shipping label.

Dell will troubleshoot your PC at our repair facility and email you a detailed repair quote
We can repair nearly any type of hardware issue, including hard drives and solid state drives, motherboards, screens, keyboards and batteries, and graphics cards.

Approve repair quote and submit payment
Just follow the link inside of the quote email to submit your repair payment.
(if quote declined Dell will return your PC as-is.)

Receive your repaired device
The end-to-end process usually takes 5-7 business days for Express Service and 12-15 business days for Standard Service.

We can resolve software issues including startup failure, Windows error, performance, password, wireless/Internet connection, and viruses.

The specialist will repair the issue(s)
The software specialist will perform the actions needed to resolve your software problems. If we’re unable to resolve your issue or recommend a solution, Dell will refund the fees paid.
