We set up a personalized Account for you and equip you with the tools you need to manage your day-to-day account needs, like your address book, user access levels, reporting, and more.
After the initial setup, the onboarding process is simple. You’ll begin by setting up your team with the access levels they need—whether it’s restricted access for an employee or administrator access for a procurement manager.
Now, let’s take a look at some other useful features in your Account. By navigating to the Address book, you can fill in your Address Book with details like the shipping, mailing, and delivery addresses for your team members, as well as their company name and which organization they belong to. As your business grows, it’s easy for you to add or edit addresses in the Address Book.
For added security and to scale access across the organization, you can set up Single Sign On. With just a few inputs, your site administrator can set-up this authentication capability which allows you to authenticate once into your company’s network and gain access to Dell Premier without being prompted to sign in again.
In the Recent Online Order section, we’ve also enhanced the post-purchase experience with a straightforward “view and search” capability for referring to previous orders. And, Dell Premier now provides an easily accessible "Build Your Own Report" dashboard which allows you to download a history of your purchases to monitor and optimize your IT spend and watch your business grow.
Plus, under the new “Devices” tab, you can now easily manage service agreements, download drivers and product manuals. Dell Premier is your one-stop shop where you can manage your account set-up, order history & order status, purchases, systems, and warranties—without having to call a sales rep.
