Juuri asennetun Watch4net- tai ViPR SRM -järjestelmän raporttipuussa näkyy vain My Reports -solmu. Muita koontinäyttöjä ja raportteja ei näy:

Cause

Generic-Report-moduuli on vioittunut asennusprosessin aikana.

Resolution

Korjaa ongelma päivittämällä Generic-Reports-moduuli seuraavasti:
  1. Muodosta SSH- tai RDP-yhteys Frontend-isäntään. 
  2. Suorita komento module-manager: 
Linux: /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh update generic-reports Generic-Reports
Windows: "C:\Program Files\APG\bin\manage-modules.cmd" update generic-reports Generic-Reports
  1. Hyväksy oletusarvot, kun saat kehotteen päivittää tiedostot. Esimerkki tuloksesta:
