Watch4netまたはViPR SRMを新しくインストールした後、レポート ツリーには［My Reports］ノードのみが表示されます。他のすべてのダッシュボードとレポートは表示されません。

Cause

インストール処理中にGeneric-Reportモジュールが破損しました。

Resolution

この問題を解決するには、次のようにして、Generic-Reportモジュールをアップデートしてください。
  1. フロントエンド ホストにSSHまたはRDPで接続します。 
  2. 次のように、module-managerコマンドを実行します。 
Linuxの場合：/opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh update generic-reports Generic-Reports
Windowsの場合："C:\Program Files\APG\bin\manage-modules.cmd" update generic-reports Generic-Reports
  1. ファイルのアップデートを確認するメッセージが表示されたら、デフォルト値をそのまま使用します。出力例を以下に示します。

  1. 完了したら、フロントエンドGUIを更新し、新しいノードが表示されていることを確認します。
