Watch4net 또는 ViPR SRM을 새로 설치한 후 보고서 트리에 "My Reports" 노드만 표시됩니다. 다른 모든 대시보드와 보고서가 표시되지 않습니다.

Cause

설치 프로세스 중에 일반 보고서 모듈이 손상되었습니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 아래와 같이 일반 보고서 모듈을 업데이트하십시오.
  1. SSH 또는 RDP를 프런트엔드 호스트에 연결합니다. 
  2. 아래와 같이 module-manager 명령을 실행합니다. 
Linux: /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh update generic-reports Generic-Reports
Windows: "C:\Program Files\APG\bin\manage-modules.cmd" update generic-reports Generic-Reports
  1. 파일을 업데이트할지 묻는 메시지가 나타나면 기본값을 그대로 사용합니다. 다음과 같은 출력 예:

  1. 완료되면 프런트엔드 GUI를 새로 고치고 다음과 같이 새 노드가 표시되는지 확인합니다.
