После установки Watch4net или ViPR SRM в дереве отчетов отображается только узел «My Reports». Все остальные панели управления и отчеты не отображаются.

Cause

Модуль Generic-Report был поврежден во время установки.

Resolution

Чтобы устранить эту проблему, обновите модуль Generic-Reports, как показано ниже.
  1. Подключитесь через SSH или RDP к внешнему хосту. 
  2. Выполните команду module-manager, как показано ниже. 
Linux: /opt/APG/bin/manage-modules.sh update generic-reports Generic-Reports
Windows: "C:\Program Files\APG\bin\manage-modules.cmd" update generic-reports Generic-Reports
  1. Примите значения по умолчанию при появлении запроса на обновление файлов. Ниже представлен пример вывода.
