PowerStore: How to upload log files to an existing Service Request

Instructions

  1. Go to https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/srsearch
  2. Click Sign In.
Service Requests Sign in page
  1. Enter the Service Request Number value in the space provided.
  2. Enter the Email Address associated with the Service Request in the display window.
  3. In the Activity Center panel, click the button labeled Attach Files.
  4. Select files to upload.
  5. Click Upload All.

Alternative method using tech direct

  1. Go to https://tdm.dell.com/file-upload
  2. Enter the Service tag and Verify.
  3. Enter the Preferred name, Service Request Number, and the Email Address associated with that Service Request.
  4. Select files to upload.
