SupportAssist for Home PCs가 열려 있는 동안 Windows 대조 테마를 변경하면( Windows 설정, 접근성, 대조에서) SupportAssist for Home PCs가 종료됩니다. SupportAssist for Home PCs를 다시 열어도 문제 없이 작동합니다.

Cause

SupportAssist for Home PCs는 Windows 이벤트 핸들을 구독하여 테마 변경에 대응합니다. 이렇게 하면 SupportAssist for Home PCs 사용자 인터페이스를 닫는 오류가 생성됩니다.

Resolution

엔지니어링 부서에서는 SupportAssist for Home PCs 버전 4.10 이상에 릴리스될 수정 사항을 개발 중입니다. 업데이트된 버전의 SupportAssist를 사용할 수 있게 되면 컴퓨터의 지원 페이지에 게시됩니다.

SupportAssist 업데이트가 제공되면 SupportAssist를 통해 설치할 수도 있습니다.

  1. 네트워크 케이블 또는 Wi-Fi를 사용하여 인터넷에 연결합니다.
  2. 메시지가 표시되면 Yes, continue를 클릭합니다.
    SupportAssist 프롬프트를 Yes, continue 버튼으로 업데이트할 준비가 되었습니다.
