Symptoms

Da vi oprettede en ny politik, kunne vi ikke oprette lagringsenheden.

Fra GUI: 
CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented

Fra jobloggen:

Vi har allerede bekræftet, at der ikke er noget netværksproblem, intet certifikatproblem, du bruger allerede sysadmin til at tilføje DD (registreringen fungerer fint)


Cause

DD NFS-tjenesten er deaktiveret.

Resolution

På DD GUI skal du klikke på "AKTIVER" for at aktivere NFSv3
