Symptoms

Yeni bir ilke oluştururken depolama birimini oluşturamadık.

GUI'den: 
CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented

DD eklemek için sysadmin'i kullanarak ağ sorunu, sertifika yok sorunu olmadığını zaten doğruladık (keşif düzgün çalışıyor)


Cause

DD NFS hizmeti devre dışıdır.

Resolution

DD GUI'de, NFSv3'ü etkinleştirmek için "ENABLE" (ETKINLEŞTIR) öğesine tıklayın
