Symptoms

新しいポリシーを作成するときに、ストレージ ユニットの作成に失敗しました。

GUIから: 
CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented

ジョブ ログから:

ネットワークの問題、証明書の問題がないことをすでに確認しています。すでにsysadminを使用してDDを追加しています(検出は正常に動作しています)


Cause

DD NFSサービスは無効になっています。

Resolution

DD GUIで、[ENABLE]をクリックしてNFSv3を有効にします。
