Symptoms

새 정책을 생성할 때 스토리지 유닛을 생성하지 못했습니다.

GUI에서 다음을 수행합니다. 
CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented

작업 로그에서 다음을 수행합니다. 
ddboost.log: 2023-08-11T23:15:17.931Z ERROR [] [pool-26-thread-1] [00000000-0000-4000-b000-000000000000][][][TRACE_ID:81a3388041e49793;JOB_ID:9ea4884359c07119][plc.id:2eab4e3d,asset.id:,pcs.id:] ddboost.log(52) -  severity:1 msg:[D688:7FF690077BA0] ddp_connect_with_config() failed, Hostname: xxx, Err: 5007-nfs ddp getinfo failed (nfs: Operation not supported) 


네트워크 문제, 인증서 문제 없음, 이미 sysadmin을 사용하여 DD를 추가하는 것을 이미 확인했습니다(검색이 정상적으로 작동).


Cause

DD NFS 서비스가 비활성화되어 있습니다.

Resolution

DD GUI에서 "ENABLE"를 클릭하여 NFSv3를 활성화합니다.
