Symptoms

Pokud karta mezzanine chybí, lze průvodce počáteční konfigurací (ICW) spustit bez chyb.
Později však selže s obecnou chybovou zprávou v uživatelském rozhraní nástroje PowerStore Manager.

Servisní skript svc_diag seznam --icw_hardware nezobrazuje žádné vadné součásti.

Problém zjistíte spuštěním příkazu svc_cluster_diag:

Cause

U zařízení PowerStore 1000, 3000, 5000, 7000 a 9000 T a X je karta typu mezzanine vždy vyžadována, i když má být systém nasazen s optimalizací bloků a porty Sítě Ethernet nebudou připojeny.

Zařízení PowerStore nemůže vytvořit interní síť ICM, pokud karta mezzanine není k dispozici.
Ověření přítomnosti karty mezzanine:

Resolution

Tyto systémy PowerStore nelze objednávat a nasazovat bez karet typu mezzanine. 

Vypněte zařízení PowerStore, aby bylo možné znovu vložit kartu typu mezzanine, a poté obnovte tovární nastavení zařízení PowerStore pro další inicializaci: PowerStore: Jak znovu inicializovat systém PowerStore do továrního nastavení pomocí příkazu

svc_factory_resetOvěřte pomocí výše uvedeného příkazu v obou uzlech, zda je karta mezzanine správně detekována před vytvořením clusteru.
