Summary: PowerStore 1000-, 3000-, 5000-, 7000- ja 9000-klusterin luonti epäonnistuu, jos Mezzanine 4-port -korttia ei ole. Symptoms

Jos Mezzanine-kortti puuttuu, ohjattu alkumääritys voidaan käynnistää ilman virheitä.
Se kuitenkin epäonnistuu myöhemmin, ja PowerStore Manager -käyttöliittymässä näkyy yleinen virheilmoitus.

Huoltokomentosarja svc_diag --icw_hardware näyttää, että komponentteja ei ole viallinen.

Selvitä ongelma suorittamalla komento svc_cluster_diag:

Cause

PowerStore 1000-, 3000-, 5000-, 7000- ja 9000 T- ja X-järjestelmissä tarvitaan aina Mezzanine-kortti, vaikka järjestelmä otetaan käyttöön lohko-optimoituna eikä Ethernet-portteja liitetä.

PowerStore ei pysty luomaan sisäistä ICM-verkkoa, jos Mezzanine-korttia ei ole.
Mezzanine-kortin läsnäolon varmistaminen:

Resolution

Näitä PowerStore-järjestelmiä ei voi tilata ja ottaa käyttöön ilman Mezzanine-kortteja. 

Sammuta PowerStore-laite, jos haluat asettaa Mezzanine-kortin uudelleen, ja nollaa PowerStore tehdasasetuksiin uutta alustusta varten: PowerStore: PowerStore-järjestelmän alustaminen uudelleen tehdastilaan svc_factory_reset-komennolla

Varmista ennen klusterin luontia, että Mezzanine-kortti on tunnistettu oikein, käyttämällä edellä mainittua komentoa molemmissa solmuissa.
