Symptoms

Якщо карта антресолей відсутня, початковий майстер настроювання (ICW) можна запустити без помилок.
Однак пізніше це не вдається із загальним повідомленням про помилку в інтерфейсі користувача PowerStore Manager.

Службовий сценарій svc_diag списку --icw_hardware не показує невдалих компонентів.

Запустіть команду svc_cluster_diag, щоб виявити проблему:

Стан регістра стану несправностей вузла показує успіх, і про помилки не повідомляється. Повідомляється, що 4-портовий слот для карт пам'яті порожній як для вузла A, так і для B.

Cause

Для PowerStore 1000, 3000, 5000, 7000 і 9000 T і X мезонінна карта завжди потрібна, навіть якщо система повинна бути розгорнута блочно оптимізована, а порти Ethernet не будуть підключені.

PowerStore не може створити внутрішню мережу ICM, якщо карти антресолей немає.
Щоб перевірити наявність антресольної картки:

Resolution

Ці системи PowerStore не можуть бути замовлені та розгорнуті без антресольних карт. 

Вимкніть прилад PowerStore, щоб знову вставити антресольну плату, а потім скиньте заводські налаштування PowerStore для іншої ініціалізації: PowerStore: Як повторно ініціалізувати систему PowerStore до заводського стану за допомогою команди

svc_factory_resetПереконайтеся за допомогою наведеної вище команди на обох вузлах, чи правильно виявлена карта антресоль перед створенням кластера.
