PowerStore: ICM 네트워크 생성 실패 오류와 함께 클러스터 생성이 실패함

Summary: 메자닌 4포트 카드가 없는 경우 PowerStore 1000, 3000, 5000, 7000, 9000에 대해 클러스터 생성이 실패합니다. PowerStore 500T만 블록 최적화로 메자닌 4포트 카드 없이 초기화를 지원합니다. 메자닌 카드가 500T에 없는 경우 통합으로 초기화를 사용할 수 없고 회색으로 표시됩니다.

Symptoms

메자닌 카드가 누락되면 초기 구성 마법사(ICW)를 오류 없이 시작할 수 있습니다.
하지만 나중에 PowerStore Manager UI에 일반 오류 메시지가 표시되면서 실패합니다.

서비스 스크립트 svc_diag 목록 --icw_hardware 실패한 구성 요소가 표시되지 않습니다.

svc_cluster_diag 명령을 실행하여 문제를 식별합니다.

Cause

PowerStore 1000, 3000, 5000, 7000 및 9000 T 및 X의 경우 시스템이 블록에 최적화된 상태로 배포되고 이더넷 포트가 연결되지 않는 경우에도 메자닌 카드는 항상 필요합니다.

메자닌 카드가 없는 경우 PowerStore가 내부 ICM 네트워크를 생성할 수 없습니다.
메자닌 카드의 존재를 확인하려면 다음을 수행합니다.

Resolution

이러한 PowerStore 시스템은 메자닌 카드 없이는 주문하고 배포할 수 없습니다. 

PowerStore 어플라이언스의 전원을 끄고 메자닌 카드를 다시 삽입한 다음 다른 초기화를 위해 PowerStore를 출하 시 재설정합니다. PowerStore: svc_factory_reset 명령을

사용하여 PowerStore 시스템을 출하 시 상태로 다시 초기화하는 방법두 노드에서 위의 명령을 통해 클러스터를 생성하기 전에 메자닌 카드가 올바르게 감지되었는지 확인합니다.
