PowerStore：群集创建失败，并显示错误 Failed to create ICM network（无法创建 ICM 网络）

Summary: 如果不存在夹层 4 端口卡，则 PowerStore 1000、3000、5000、7000、9000 的群集创建失败。 只有 PowerStore 500T 支持初始化，而不支持夹层 4 端口卡（作为数据块优化）。 如果 500T 上不存在夹层卡，则统一初始化不可用，并呈灰色显示。

Symptoms

当夹层卡缺失时，可以启动初始配置向导 （ICW），而不会出现错误。
但是，它稍后会失败，并在 PowerStore Manager UI 上显示通用错误消息。

服务脚本 svc_diag列表 --icw_hardware显示没有出现故障的组件。

运行命令svc_cluster_diag以识别问题：

Cause

对于 PowerStore 1000、3000、5000、7000 和 9000 T 和 X，始终需要夹层卡，即使系统要部署数据块优化并且不会连接以太网端口也是如此。

如果夹层卡不存在，则 PowerStore 无法创建内部 ICM 网络。
要验证夹层卡是否存在，请执行以下操作：

Resolution

如果没有夹层卡，则无法订购和部署这些 PowerStore 系统。

关闭 PowerStore 设备以重新插入夹层卡，然后在出厂时重置 PowerStore 以进行另一次初始化：PowerStore：如何使用 svc_factory_reset 命令

将 PowerStore 系统重新初始化为出厂状态在创建群集之前，在两个节点上使用上述命令验证是否正确检测到夹层卡。
