Symptoms

Når mezzanin-kortet mangler, kan den første konfigurationsguide (ICW) startes uden fejl.
Det mislykkes imidlertid senere med en generisk fejlmeddelelse på PowerStore Manager UI.

Servicescriptet svc_diag liste --icw_hardware viser ingen fejlbehæftede komponenter.

Kør kommandoen svc_cluster_diag for at identificere problemet:

Cause

For PowerStore 1000, 3000, 5000, 7000 og 9000 T og X er Mezzanine-kortet altid påkrævet, selvom systemet skal implementeres blokoptimeret, og Ethernet-portene ikke tilsluttes.

PowerStore kan ikke oprette det interne ICM-netværk, hvis Mezzanin-kortet ikke er til stede.
Sådan kontrolleres tilstedeværelsen af Mezzanin-kortet:

Disse PowerStore-systemer kan ikke bestilles og implementeres uden Mezzanin-kort. 

Sluk for PowerStore-enheden for at genisætte Mezzanin-kortet, og nulstil derefter PowerStore til en anden initialisering: PowerStore: Sådan geninitialiserer du et PowerStore-system til fabrikstilstand ved hjælp af kommandoen

svc_factory_resetBekræft med ovenstående kommando på begge noder, at Mezzanin-kortet er korrekt registreret før klyngeoprettelsen.
