PowerStore：叢集建立失敗併發生錯誤無法建立 ICM 網路

Summary: 如果夾層 4 埠卡不存在，PowerStore 1000、3000、5000、7000、9000 的叢集建立會失敗。 只有 PowerStore 500T 支援初始化，而不支援夾層 4 埠卡作為區塊優化。 如果 500T 上沒有夾層卡，則無法進行統一初始化，並呈現灰色。

Symptoms

當夾層卡遺失時，初始組態精靈 （ICW） 可啟動，不會發生錯誤。
但之後失敗，PowerStore Manager UI 上會出現一般錯誤訊息。

服務腳本檔svc_diag清單 --icw_hardware顯示沒有故障的元件。

執行命令svc_cluster_diag以識別問題：

Cause

若為 PowerStore 1000、3000、5000、7000 和 9000 T 和 X，一律需要夾層卡，即使要部署區塊優化，且乙太網路埠無法連接也一樣。

如果夾層卡不存在，PowerStore 便無法建立內部 ICM 網路。
若要確認夾層卡是否存在：

Resolution

這些 PowerStore 系統在未配備夾層卡的情況下無法訂購和部署。

關閉 PowerStore 應用裝置的電源，以重新插入夾層卡，然後在原廠重設 PowerStore 以進行另一次初始化：PowerStore：如何使用 svc_factory_reset 命令

將 PowerStore 系統重新初始化為原廠狀態在兩個節點上使用上述命令確認在建立叢集之前，已正確偵測到夾層卡。
