Symptoms

Ara kat kartı eksik olduğunda, ilk yapılandırma sihirbazı (ICW) hata vermeden başlatabilirsiniz.
Ancak daha sonra PowerStore Manager kullanıcı arayüzünde genel bir hata mesajıyla başarısız olur.

Servis komut dosyası svc_diag list --icw_hardware hiçbir arızalı bileşen gösteriyor.

Cause

PowerStore 1000, 3000, 5000, 7000 ve 9000 T ve X için sistem, blok için optimize edilmiş dağıtılsa ve Ethernet bağlantı noktaları bağlı değilse bile ara kart her zaman gereklidir.

Ara kat kartı yoksa PowerStore, dahili ICM ağı oluşturamıyor.
Ara kat kartının varlığını doğrulamak için:

Bu PowerStore sistemleri ara kartlar olmadan sipariş edilemez ve dağıtılabilir. 

Ara kartı yeniden takın ve ardından PowerStore'u başka bir başlatma için fabrika ayarlarına sıfırlamak için PowerStore Aygıtını kapatın: PowerStore: Svc_factory_reset komutunu kullanarak PowerStore sistemini fabrika durumuna yeniden başlatma

Her iki düğümde de yukarıdaki komutla ara kartın küme oluşturmadan önce doğru şekilde algılandığından emin olun.
