Symptoms

Если мезонинная плата отсутствует, мастер начальной настройки (ICW) можно запустить без ошибок.
Однако позже он завершается сбоем с общим сообщением об ошибке в пользовательском интерфейсе PowerStore Manager.

Сервисный сценарий svc_diag list --icw_hardware не отображает неисправных компонентов.

Выполните команду svc_cluster_diag, чтобы определить проблему:

Состояние регистра состояния неисправности узлаотображается как успешное , и о сбоях не сообщается. Сообщается, что слот для 4-портовой платы пуст для узлов A и B.

Cause

Для PowerStore 1000, 3000, 5000, 7000 и 9000 T и X мезонинная плата всегда требуется, даже если система должна быть развернута с оптимизацией для блоков и порты Ethernet не будут подключены.

PowerStore не может создать внутреннюю сеть ICM, если мезонинная плата отсутствует.
Чтобы проверить наличие мезонинной платы, выполните следующие действия.

Resolution

Эти системы PowerStore нельзя заказать и развернуть без мезонинных плат. 

Выключите питание устройства PowerStore, чтобы повторно установить мезонинную плату, а затем выполнить сброс PowerStore до заводских настроек для инициализации. PowerStore. Повторная инициализация системы PowerStore до заводского состояния с помощью svc_factory_reset

С помощью указанной выше команды на обоих узлах убедитесь, что мезонинная плата правильно обнаружена перед созданием кластера.
