Description:
Storage Processor SPx has rebooted due to an unexpected High Availability issue. Verify the health of the SP after the reboot has completed. Contact your Service Provider if the SP does not return to normal service.

Cause

The Storage Processor is rebooting due to a High Availability issue.

Resolution

Verify the health of the SP after the reboot has completed successfully.

If the array does not return to normal service after the reboot, collect core dumps using article Dell Unity: How to Find and Download DUMP Files From a Unity System from the failing SP and contact Dell Technical Support or your Authorized Service Provider and quote this knowledge base article ID.

If the array has returned to a normal state after the reboot, the SP rebooted as designed to resolve a high availability issue and no further action is required.
