Cause

Tijdens deze workflow zal Dell Data Protection | De externe media-editie is verwijderd, maar de verwijdering mislukt omdat een .dll bestand dat moet worden vervangen, in gebruik is door de externe mediaservice en opnieuw moet worden opgestart om het .dll bestand te verwijderen.

Resolution

Als tijdelijke oplossing:

  1. Open het venster Opdrachtprompt door te klikken op de knop Start, klik op Alle programma's, klik op Accessoires en klik op Opdrachtprompt.
  2. Typ bij de prompt: sc.exe delete EMS en druk op Enter.

  1. Sluit het opdrachtpromptvenster.
  2. Nadat de EMS-service is verwijderd, installeert u Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition.
