Error when attempting to install Dell Encryption with the stand-alone Dell Encryption External Media Service installed

When the stand-alone Dell Encryption Enterprise External Media (formerly Dell Data Protection | External Media Edition) service is installed, and a user attempts to install Dell Encryption (formerly Dell Data Protection | Encryption) endpoint may receive an error.

Computers display the following error, when installing Dell Encryption with the stand-alone Dell Encryption Enterprise External Media service installed:

The install log has this error:

Product: Dell Data Protection | Encryption -- -- MSI_LOGGING -- *** CInstallInf::ProcessInf -- Error calling SetupInstallServicesFromInfSection. file=C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption\CmgFFE\CmgFFE.inf, section=DefaultInstall.Services, flags=0x9, gle=0x430

To prevent this issue, uninstall the stand-alone EME Service, then install Dell Encryption. If the Dell Encryption install was already attempted and failed, all EME components have been removed from the computer, and the Dell Encryption install can be run again without additional actions.
