RecoverPoint for VMs：HTML5プラグインがvCenterに導入されない

Symptoms

[Deployer]ページでRecoverPoint HTML5プラグインの構成が完了すると、構成が正常に完了したことを示すメッセージが表示されます。

vCenter -> Administration -> Solutions -> Client Plug-ins を見ると、プラグイン「RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines」が導入されていません。

Cause

表示される動作の原因は、RecoverPointシステムで行われた以前の構成に関連しています。

最初は、プラグイン サーバーが2つのvCenterにアクセスするように構成されました(リンク モードではありません)。この構成はRecoverPoint for Virtual Machinesではサポートされていません。vCenterがリンク モードでない場合は、vCenterあたり1台のRecoverPointプラグイン サーバーが必要です。

プラグインがMOBから登録解除されると、それ以降のプラグインの導入をブロックするいくつかの詳細が残ります。

Resolution

上記の問題を解決するには、次の手順に従います。
 
  1. シャット ダウン RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines プラグイン サーバー
  2. MOB https://vCenterIP/mob へのアクセス
  3. 次のハイパーリンクをクリックします。  コンテンツ - > ExtensionManager 
  4. 拡張機能の登録解除: com.dell.recoverpoint.vc.h5plugin および com.emc.recoverpoint.vwc
  • ハイパーリンク UnregisterExtension を選択した後、上記の内線番号を入力します 
       5.MOBのホーム ページに戻り、 Content -> CustomFieldsManager
6 に移動します。[プロパティ]の[値]フィールドを確認し、「config」などの名前を含むフィールドのint値をメモします。RecoverPoint_TOKEN;xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx」
  • CustomFieldsManagerに戻り、[ Method RemoveCustomFieldDef ]を選択します。6で確認したフィールドの int 値を入力 します。
                  7.  vsphere-uiサービスの停止
  • PuTTYまたはWebコンソールを使用して影響を受けるvCenterにアクセスし、 service-control --stop vsphere-ui コマンドを実行します。
                  8.RecoverPoint HMTL5プラグインを参照しているすべてのフォルダーを削除する
  • SSHを使用して影響を受けるvCenterにアクセスし、次のコマンドを実行します。 find /|egrep -i "com.dell.recoverpoint" |xbuntus rm -rf {} \;
                  9.vsphere-uiサービスの開始
  • PuTTYまたはWebコンソールを使用して影響を受けるvCenterにアクセスし、 service-control --start vsphere-ui コマンドを実行します。
                10.開始 RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines プラグイン サーバー
11.Deployerページからのプラグインの構成 
  • https://vRPA_Management_IP/WDM/#!/welcome にアクセスします
  • プラグインサーバーを設定するオプションを選択します
上記のすべての手順を完了したら、RecoverPointプラグインがvCenterとRPAクラスター間で必要なすべての通信を確立するために数分待ちます。vCenterのRecoverPointプラグインにアクセスすると、すべての詳細が表示されます。
