Cause

SDE-säilö sisältää päätepisteen käyttäjä- ja laitekäytännöt. Jos säilö vioittuu, laitteella ei ole valvottavia käytäntötietoja. Tällöin rekisterin tarkistusajat tyhjenevät. Kun inventaario lähetetään päätepisteestä Dell Data Security -palvelimeen, se ilmoittaa tyhjän tai tyhjän pyyhintäajan.

Resolution

Korjaa ongelma päivittämällä Dell Encryption Enterprise (tai Dell Encryption Personal) versioon 10.9 tai uudempaan. Versioon 10.9 on lisätty säilön vioittumisen tunnistusta ja korjausta koskevia lisätarkistuksia.
