Symptoms

VMware VM은 NVP(NetWorker VMware Protection) vProxy 어플라이언스로 보호됩니다.

VM 이미지 복원 프로세스가 성공합니다. 하지만 FLR(File Level Restore) 또는 IA(Instant Access) 복원이 실패합니다.

복구 시 다음 오류가 반환됩니다.
  • FLR 로그는 다음 아래의 vProxy에서 찾을 수 있습니다.
    • /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/consolerd
  • 복구 세션이 NMC에서 저장된 경우 로그는 NetWorker 서버에서 다음 아래에 있습니다.
    • Linux: /nsr/logs/recover/
    • Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\recover\

Cause

NFSv3는 NetWorker VMware 통합 가이드에 따라 VM FLR 및 IA 복원에 필요한 기본값입니다.

Resolution

  1. Data Domain 시스템에서 NFSv3가 활성화되어 있는지 확인합니다.
    1. DDEM 웹 사용자 인터페이스: https:// DD-ADDRESS/ddem에 로그인합니다.
    2. 프로토콜 > NFS로 이동합니다.
    3. NFSv3가 "currently not active"로 표시되는 경우 Enable을 클릭합니다.

또는

다음 명령을 사용하여 DD 명령줄에서 NFSv3을 활성화합니다. 
nfs enable version 3
  1. NFSv3가 기본 내보내기 버전으로 설정되어 있는지 확인합니다.
    1. Data Domain 명령줄에 sysadmin으로 로그인합니다.
    2. 다음 명령을 사용하여 기본 내보내기 버전이 "3"으로 설정되어 있는지 확인합니다.
nfs option show default-export-version
  1. NFSv3가 "4"로 설정된 경우 "3"으로 변경합니다.
nfs option set default-export-version 3

예:

sysadmin@ddve# nfs option set default-export-version 3 
NFS option 'default-export-version' set to '3'. 
sysadmin@ddve# nfs option show default-export-version
