Symptoms

VMware VMは、NetWorker VMware Protection(NVP)vProxyアプライアンスで保護されます。

VMイメージの復元プロセスが成功します。ただし、FLR(ファイル レベルリストア)またはIA(インスタント アクセス)リストアは失敗します。

リカバリは次のエラーを返します。
  • FLRログは、vProxyの次の場所にあります。
    • /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vflrd
  • リカバリ セッションがNMCから保存された場合、ログはNetWorkerサーバーの次の場所にあります。
    • Linuxの場合/nsr/logs/recover/
    • Windowsの場合：C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\recover\

Data Domainのデフォルトのエクスポート バージョンは「4」に設定されています。

Cause

NFSv3は、 NetWorker VMware統合ガイド に従って、VM FLRおよびIAリストアに必要なデフォルトです。

Resolution

  1. Data DomainシステムでNFSv3が有効になっていることを確認します。
    1. DDEM Webユーザー インターフェイスにログインします。 https:// DD-ADDRESS/ddem
    2. PROTOCOLs > NFS に移動します。
    3. NFSv3が「現在アクティブではありません」と表示されている場合は、[ 有効 ]をクリックします。

、次のコマンドを使用してDDコマンド ラインからNFSv3を有効にします。 
nfs enable version 3
  1. NFSv3がデフォルトのエクスポート バージョンとして設定されていることを確認します。
    1. data Domainコマンド ラインに sysadminとしてログインします。
    2. 次のコマンドを使用して、default-export-versionが「3」に設定されていることを確認します。
nfs option show default-export-version
  1. NFSv3が「4」に設定されている場合は、「3」に変更します。
nfs option set default-export-version 3

Example:

sysadmin@ddve# nfs option set default-export-version 3 
NFS option 'default-export-version' set to '3'. 
sysadmin@ddve# nfs option show default-export-version
