Symptoms

VMware VM 受到 NetWorker VMware Protection （NVP） vProxy 應用裝置的保護。

VM 映射還原程式成功;但是檔案層級還原 （FLR） 或即時存取 （IA） 還原失敗。

復原會傳回下列錯誤：
  • FLR 記錄位於 vProxy 下方：
    • /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/recycle/vflrd
  • 如果還原會話是從 NMC 儲存，則會在 NetWorker 伺服器下方找到記錄：
    • Linux：/nsr/logs/recover/
    • Windows：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\recover\

Data Domain 的預設匯出版本設為「4」：
  • DD 命令： 
sysadmin@ddve# nfs option show default-export-version

Cause

NFSv3 是 VM FLR 所需的預設值，而 IA 則會根據《NetWorker VMware Integration Guide》還原。

Resolution

  1. 請確定已在 Data Domain 系統上啟用 NFSv3：
    1. 登入 DDEM Web 使用者介面：HTTPs:// DD-ADDRESS/ddem
    2. 移至NFS >通訊協定
    3. 如果 NFSv3 顯示為「目前未使用中」，請按一下「啟用」。
在 Data Domain System Manager 中將 NFSv3 變更為 Enabled

使用命令從 DD 命令列啟用 NFSv3： 
nfs enable version 3
  1. 請確定 NFSv3 已設定為預設匯出版本：
    1. 以 sysadmin身分登入 Data Domain 命令列。
    2. 使用命令確認預設匯出版本設為「3」：
nfs option show default-export-version
  1. 如果 NFSv3 設為「4」，請將其變更為「3」
nfs option set default-export-version 3

範例：

sysadmin@ddve# nfs option set default-export-version 3
