Viewing Prefix Lists

To view all configured prefix lists, use the following commands.

  • Show detailed information about configured prefix lists.
    EXEC Privilege mode
    show ip prefix-list detail [prefix-name]
  • Show a table of summarized information about configured Prefix lists.
    EXEC Privilege mode
    show ip prefix-list summary [prefix-name]

Examples of the show ip prefix-list Command

The following example shows the show ip prefix-list detail command.

DellEMC>show ip prefix detail
Prefix-list with the last deletion/insertion: filter_ospf
ip prefix-list filter_in:
count: 3, range entries: 3, sequences: 5 - 10
   seq 5 deny 1.102.0.0/16 le 32 (hit count: 0)
   seq 6 deny 2.1.0.0/16 ge 23 (hit count: 0)
   seq 10 permit 0.0.0.0/0 le 32 (hit count: 0)
ip prefix-list filter_ospf:
count: 4, range entries: 1, sequences: 5 - 10
